George Grdic

Team Leader - Sales

George was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he studied Economics at the University of Winnipeg. He first became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1986 with Block Brothers Realty. In 1988 George relocated to Toronto and then Mississauga. George has now been employed with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. since 2003. He enjoys great success with his growing team and enjoys working the entire Greater Toronto Area. George is one of the few agents that is a member of multiple boards, Toronto Real Estate Board, Mississauga Real Estate Board, Oakville Real Estate Board and Hamilton Real Estate Board. George is fluent in Croatian and all former Yugoslavian languages. 

Rose Trozzo


Rose is of Italian heritage and was raised in the Greater Toronto Area from the age of 7. She has been living in Mississauga for over 25 years and is very knowledgeable with real estate including ownership to live in and investment properties. She has an amazing ability to accommodate the needs of new immigrants as she has a great understanding for their needs. Rose has indicated that this is her greatest reward. Rose's background in Human Resources for the government has greatly benefited her clients in the real estate profession as she is an excellent negotiator with great people skills. Rose is fluent in Italian. 

Helio Domingos 


Helio is of Portuguese descent. He was born in Leira, Portugal. His family immigrated to Canada when he was 7 and lived in the GTA ever since calling Mississauga his home with his wife and four children. Helio brings a wealth of knowledge sales skills to his real estate career that he has now enjoyed for 5 years as he spent much of his career in cabinetry distribution, negotiating with big box stores and also helping design custom kitchens. Helio believes purchasing a home is the largest investment one will make in a lifetime. He enjoys helping families achieve this in an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Nick Panarese


Nick has been in Real Estate since 2002. He speaks fluent Italian and partial Spanish. Nick brings great organizational skills to the team as he used to manage a distribution centre for a large firm. Many times he was asked to return but loves Real Estate too much. His vast knowledge of the industry makes all your buying or selling transactions a simple transition. Nick attends many Royal LePage conferences and in turn has a large network of colleagues around the country. Karen Chow


Karen was born and raised in Mississauga. She appreciates the value of real estate both from an investment standpoint and from the point of view of finding he perfect place to call home. Her exceptional people skills have resulted in her receiving return customers and referrals. When you partner with Karen, you can be sure that your interests come first. She listens carefully and asks all the questions she needs in order to be absolutely certain of your expectations. She works all areas of the GTA. Karen speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. 

Arleta Nowacka


Arleta has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. since 2003. She has been on the George Grdic Team for 7 years to date. Arleta is originally from Poland and speaks Polish fluently. Arleta has a keen eye for design and has helped many of her buyers with renovations, from contractors to design. Arleta will help you make all the right choices when renovating a home. 

Andelka Pejic


Andelka was born in Herzegovina, Croatia. She is very active in her community. She volunteers time to both her church and for community fundraisers. Andelka has been in the Real Estate industry for over 5 years. She has been living and raising her family in Halton Hills for more than 17 years. This is how Andelka became a true professional in both urban and rural areas. As a wife of a General Contractor she has leant a great deal about home structures, and about the many things you can do to enhance your home. She knows how to listen and is generous in offering information. Her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last.

Sahar Umar 


Sahar was born and raised in Pakistan, where she received her Masters in Economics and majored in Banking and Finance. She later moved to the United States and studied Human Resources. In 2007 Sahar moved to Canada and decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Sahar speaks fluent Urdu, Punjabi, and English. Sahar's academic background knowledge and experience has served her well in every real estate transaction she’s made over the years. It has always been her goal to build a strong trusting relationship with her clients, and service their expectations to get them the best deal under the best terms possible. Whether you are buying or selling, Sahar's soft and down to earth personality enables her to listen and understand to assure that her client's specific needs are met. Sahar stresses on her understanding that a home is the biggest purchase and decision of anyone's life. 

Nawid Shoukat


Nawid has an exceptional ability to communicate in a positive, professional, friendly and unbiased manner allowing his clients to receive an authentic response to help them through their decision-making process. He believes in honesty and fairness and wishes to treat all clients the way he would like to be treated.

Prior to entering into real estate, Nawid enjoyed a 15 year career in business consulting, training and customer service in the financial, educational, healthcare and telecommunication industries. His comfort level spans serving everyone from high profile corporate clients to individuals and families looking to find their perfect home or investment property. He is fluent in both English and Persian languages.

Tony Whitehouse


Tony's experience spans 20 years as a real estate investor across the GTA, building his strengths analysing trends in the industry and refining his firsthand knowledge and expertise in the buying, holding, and selling of residential investment properties. Parallel to his real estate investment experience, Tony also proudly served 30 years in the Canadian retail industry. He first gained tremendous experience and recognition as a sales associate on the retail floor providing exceptional customer service to his retail clients. From there, Tony joined the corporate buying office where he leveraged his negotiation skills in the procurement of multimillion dollar merchandise contracts for the chain of stores he was associated with. Those negotiations were grounded in his drive to deliver the best possible results to the consumer, something he carries with him today in negotiating on behalf of his real estate clients in the buying or selling of their home.
